Playa Blanca - About 3.5km to the East. A small, sheltered beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Playas Papagayo - about 4.5km away. Approached via a dirt track and a modest toll to pay - rated amongst the finest beaches in the world and well worth the visit.
